NYS Approved Home Inspection Qualifying Curriculum

Our NYS Approved Home Inspection Qualifying Curriculum offers flexible learning tailored to our students, with classes held via Zoom or in-person based on enrollment preference. Courses are scheduled to begin between July and September 2026, with final dates (TBD) and daily timing determined by a majority of student requests. Our tentative schedule runs Monday through Wednesday for 8.5 hours per day (including a 30-minute lunch and hourly 10-minute breaks), concluding on Thursday with a 3-hour session that includes the 2-hour final exam.

Terms & Policy

All deposits and fees paid are non-refundable.

Attendance policy: I understand and accept that registering for the above class(es) requires my attendance for the entire course. Attendance for the whole of the course(s) will meet the New York License Law requirement for credit to take the Home Inspector Licensing Exam.

Class conduct: The instructor has the right to have any disruptive student removed from the class. Cell phones and other devices must be turned off during class instruction periods.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the course if an emergency warrants rescheduling of the course. You will be advised as soon as possible. If the course is canceled by the instructor, students will receive full refunds within ten business days.

Refunds:  Refunds of the course fee will only be given in the event that the instructor cancels the class.

Certificate: Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate of completion will be provided to the eligible students. Rosters are kept for two years. Our course(s) are offered to anyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial or handicap status.

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE: I understand that registering for the class(es) requires me to attend the entire course to receive Mandatory Education credit. If, for any reason, I am unable to attend the entire course, enter late, leave early, or take extended breaks, I will not receive credit.

Course Fees: $/course; a $ deposit must be paid by credit or debit card only.
