To get your report please enter your unique username and password, which we supplied you with via email, into the login box. Also when you are ready, you can create your own specific list with or without pictures right online. You can also insert a value to each selected line item in your customized list.

To help you organize any significant issues or other items from the main report into a customized streamlined report with items that are important to you, Inspect A Home Ltd. offers a CRL feature right online. With our Create Request List (CRL) feature, you can create a list easily and attach it to your regular repair addendum form right from your inspection report and apply related cost values to each item as deemed appropriate.
Some of our clients enjoy the ease and convenience of the Create Request List feature included in each report. Again, once your report is prepared, we will supply you with a username and password to retrieve your report. This Username and Password can also be used to create your repair addendum. You will be able to create a list of deficiencies with or without pictures and you can also assign a cost to selected items. This can be done simultaneously with your attorney or realtor right online. Once created you can email or save this list right to your computer. This feature will simplify the process and aid in clear communication between all parties.
